How can hosting a party, serving a meal, or opening your home to house guests bring glory to God? We all enjoy good food and a welcoming host. Most of us appreciate when someone has a knack for putting our nerves at ease or making us feel at home even when we’re not. But we likely don’t consider these skills to be spiritual gifts. Yet the Bible makes clear that being hospitable to others is an important way we all live out our faith and a particularly special way for some of us to serve God.
