Everyone believes in something or someone. As humans, it’s part of our nature to discern the information and world around us and decide what we confidently believe is true or who we can trust. As Christians, naming and voicing our beliefs is a regular component of our life and worship. The Apostles' Creed is one of the most cherished statements of our core Christian beliefs. Let’s discuss together what the Apostles' Creed is, where it comes from, and why it was written. We’ll examine scripture to discover the purpose and function these statements have in the life of faith and the value they offer us yet today.
